Fertility Care Tamil Nadu

Infertility is the inability to conceive a child for one year or more. It is both female and male. The reasons could be many factors. But in each case they are highly individual. To understand why there is infertility in women and infertility in men, it is necessary to consider the disease and its causes by gender.

Female infertility - Causes and Symptoms

  • gynecological disorders, including chronic occurring form (endometriosis, tumors, inflammatory processes, etc.);
  • traumatic injuries of abortion, childbirth, operations;
  • low immunity;
  • hormonal imbalance;
  • disruption of the endocrine system, adrenal, pituitary, ovary;
  • lack of ovulation;
  • infantile genitalia;
  • psychological problems.

There are different degrees of infertility. If we are talking about relative infertility, it is assumed that the reasons causing it, can be successfully removed. At absolute sterility in your body are irreversible pathological changes to eliminate that is not possible. For example, the lack or severe pathology of the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes.
Among other things, distinguish primary or infertility 1 degree when a woman is having regular sex, never could get pregnant. Secondary infertility or sterility 2 degrees - this is the case when conception does not occur over a certain period, but in the past she had one or more pregnancies.

Signs of Infertility

The most common, clearly requiring immediate treatment for medical assistance signs of infertility are:

  • Violation of the menstrual cycle. It is responsible for ovulation and regular failure of the system indicates that a woman is most likely disrupted reproductive function.
  • Scarce or too copious talk about what happened in the body some serious failure that requires immediate medical attention.
  • Amenorrhea - absence of menstruation for six months should alert any woman of childbearing age. Seeing these signs of infertility, should not delay the campaign to the doctor and expect that they are about to come. Especially if you are planning to become pregnant.
  • Acute, sometimes unbearable pain during menstruation - is not the norm, as many believe a woman. This - the pathology to be treated. So do not get used to the painful critical days, and look for and eliminate the cause.
  • Lack of ovulation. In this situation, neither of which pregnancy can be no question. Be sure to need medical care.

Male infertility - the causes and treatment

Male infertility in 40% of cases, the reason that a couple can not conceive, "guilty" man. But, unfortunately, they do not always want to admit this fact, to pass examinations and to eliminate the causes of male infertility. Doctors lead a pretty big list of factors that may affect the ability of the stronger sex to conceive.

  • The quality and quantity of sperm. It can not produce enough to fertilize the quantity or does not produce at all.
  • "Lazy" sperm are unable to reach the egg and fertilize it.
  • Deformed or irregularly shaped sperm that prevents them from properly move to fertilize an egg.

Some factors affecting the ability of men to conceive a child, are innate and some are acquired during life. Often signs of infertility appear to those of boys who are a passive lifestyle, take drugs, alcohol, drugs, smoking, wrong to eat. Even the notorious over-cooling or overheating can lead to such tragic consequences. It just seems that all of the above - a minor detail. In fact, very often, these "little things" becoming a real barrier to conceive a child.

If we consider the causes of infertility in men, it is imperative to note the psychological factor (or vice versa strong desire to have a pathological fear offspring). In addition, the problem of infertility can be caused by an illness, for example, often the so-called acquired infertility causes cystic fibrosis, varicocele testicular diseases, sexually transmitted diseases (by the way, their viruses can easily "live" in the body and does not show itself), a course Chemistry for cancer or radiation therapy. Injuries also increase the risk of infertility in men.
In any case, if a couple who regularly have sex, can not conceive a child for a year or more, then examined and must undergo treatment both partners. It is not necessary to shift the responsibility, and often, and blame each other.

Tips For Pregnant Women Playing Holi

Pregnancy is an exciting time, in anticipation of new beginnings. With Holi round the corner on Monday, doctors recommend some basic care so as not to let pregnancy mar the festive spirit.

For instance, did you know that some colours, despite being branded natural or organic can still be harmful?

Gynaecologists saying that some colours termed natural are made from fruits and flowers, but their powder base could have harmful chemicals such as lead and mercury which can get absorbed and affect the foetus in a pregnant woman. For example, natural henna is considered safe, but black henna with paraphenylendiamine (PPD) may cause allergic reactions. Colours containing either of these forms of henna will probably be labelled as natural. So pregnant women should only use homemade Holi colours.

The quality control may not be good and there is a huge possibility of contamination of colours which are labelled herbal and considered safe. And these can be harmful to the foetus as they can be inadvertently swallowed or get absorbed from the skin.

Pregnant women have reduced immunity levels and are, therefore, more susceptible to illnesses and infections, and their skin is more sensitive as well. Therefore, reaction to colours that one may have played with before is not uncommon.

To avoid harm, doctors recommend playing with colours made at home. The caution also applies to new moms who are still breastfeeding their children. Chemical colours are made of synthetic, industrial dyes or oxidised metals which can be dangerous and have harmful health effects on the baby through breast milk. Some colours are even carcinogenic. So lactating mothers should practise same caution as pregnant women.

Homemade colours, doctors recommend, can be made by using turmeric, roli(sindoor), boiled beetroot and onions. Tradition, if it must be followed, can be respected by placing a sandalwood or saffron tika on the baby's forehead.

Apart from caution with colours, doctors also listed a few guidelines to keep off harm during the festival.

Be careful about what you eat. It is essential that you avoid heavy or exceptionally oily food that can cause indigestion or heartburn. Avoid drinks and stay hydrated. One should also keep a count of caffeine intake which is present in tea and coffee and even chocolates.

The other recommended things are wearing well-fitting clothes, anti-skid shoes and goggles, as well as the support of an adult or even a wall since playing with water can increase one's chances of slipping and falling. Applying moisturiser on the skin and oil on the hair will help washing off colours with greater ease.

Mischief-mongers hurling water balloons during Holi is common and to avoid getting hurt, pregnant women must carry an umbrella while stepping out. Washing oneself properly is especially important for lactating mothers who otherwise risk their baby ingesting colours.

With a little caution, Holi can be enjoyed by all, including mothers-to-be and new mothers. Just don't over-exert yourself.

Infertility is your Problem- IVF is Best Procedure

Invitro fertilization-IVF or testtubebaby process is the process by which eggs are removed from your ovaries and mixed with sperm in a laboratory culture dish. Fertilisation takes place in this dish, "in vitro", which means "in glass".

IVFtreatment is likely to be recommended for the following fertility problems:
  • If you have blocked or damaged fallopian tubes.
  • If your partner has a minor problem with his sperm. Major problems are better treated using ICSI.
  • If you have tried fertility drugs, such as clomiphene, or another fertility treatment such as IUI, without success.
  • If you have been trying to conceive for at least two years, or less if you are 40 years or more. This is if a cause hasn't been found to explain why you have not become pregnant.

IVF treatment is one of major and effective treatments in infertility when other methods of assisted reproductive technology have failed. The stage of treatment involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing ova (eggs) from the woman's ovaries and allowing sperm fertilize them in a fluid medium. The fertilized egg (zygote) is then passed to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful and healthy pregnancy.

Cost Of IVF treatment in India is less than other countries. Genesis Fertility Research Centre, Erode offers affordable treatments.

Embryo Transfer Procedure For in Vitro Fertilization

Embryo transfer means the process that positions an embryo in the uterus in an IVF (in vitro fertilization) period. IVF cycles are also called intra cytoplasmic sperm injection cycles or ICSI cycles. Implantation achievement levels vary from ten percent to sixty percent and they are massively influenced by female's age. Women's wellness and age group tend to be the major elements of transfer ability.

Embryos usually are implanted two to three days after fertilization. This is recognized as the cleavage phase. They can be also transferred when you are in the blastocyst phase. This is just about 5 to 6 days right after fertilization. The embryos are not implanted over the morula stage on day 4.

In a typical IVF process the woman's eggs are retrieved from the woman's body and then fertilized in the clinical lab. If everything goes well that means the fertilization is complete, then the embryo is transferred into the woman's uterus and that process is called IVF Embryo Transfer. This is a very critical part of the whole IVF process and has to be done very carefully and the embryo has to be placed on the right place for right pregnancy.kullanmarellam viswasikkan kollathvan mar

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) is considered a non-invasive or minimally invasive type of procedure. Frozen embryos can be thawed and then implanted into your uterus. If you have ovarian or ovulation problems, then FET might be a good option for you when you are considering your infertility treatment options. If you have uterine based problems with carrying out a pregnancy or other disorders, then FET may not be for you. Consult your infertility specialist about what infertility treatments might help you conceive.
