Low Cost Test Tube Baby Procedure in Tamilnadu

Infertile couples who were previously unable to bear children, due to reasons such as blocked fallopian tubes, low sperm count, low egg quantities or advanced age of the mother, are now able to conceive through in-vitro fertilization procedure. The results are babies known as test-tube babies which are technically conceived outside the womb.

 Test Tube baby Process India

Process includes various steps starting from the retrieving of healthier eggs from the female uterus. To stimulate the production of eggs, your doctors advised you to take fertility drugs that help for boosting egg maturity to produce test tube baby. Once your eggs are ready for harvesting stage, your doctors retrieve 5 to 15 eggs through ultrasound which is guided through vaginal retrieval. After this your eggs are further processed in laboratory under specialist supervision and at the same time, your partner need to provide his semen sample through which healthier sperm is separated and combined with your harvested eggs in cultural dish in laboratory. After few days when fertilization took place in petri dish and resulted embryos grows, your doctors again transfer 2 or 3 embryos which are most likely to establish pregnancy.

Infertility is your Problem- IVF is Best Procedure

Invitro fertilization-IVF or testtubebaby process is the process by which eggs are removed from your ovaries and mixed with sperm in a laboratory culture dish. Fertilisation takes place in this dish, "in vitro", which means "in glass".

IVFtreatment is likely to be recommended for the following fertility problems:
  • If you have blocked or damaged fallopian tubes.
  • If your partner has a minor problem with his sperm. Major problems are better treated using ICSI.
  • If you have tried fertility drugs, such as clomiphene, or another fertility treatment such as IUI, without success.
  • If you have been trying to conceive for at least two years, or less if you are 40 years or more. This is if a cause hasn't been found to explain why you have not become pregnant.

IVF treatment is one of major and effective treatments in infertility when other methods of assisted reproductive technology have failed. The stage of treatment involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing ova (eggs) from the woman's ovaries and allowing sperm fertilize them in a fluid medium. The fertilized egg (zygote) is then passed to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful and healthy pregnancy.

Cost Of IVF treatment in India is less than other countries. Genesis Fertility Research Centre, Erode offers affordable treatments.

Embryo Transfer Procedure For in Vitro Fertilization

Embryo transfer means the process that positions an embryo in the uterus in an IVF (in vitro fertilization) period. IVF cycles are also called intra cytoplasmic sperm injection cycles or ICSI cycles. Implantation achievement levels vary from ten percent to sixty percent and they are massively influenced by female's age. Women's wellness and age group tend to be the major elements of transfer ability.

Embryos usually are implanted two to three days after fertilization. This is recognized as the cleavage phase. They can be also transferred when you are in the blastocyst phase. This is just about 5 to 6 days right after fertilization. The embryos are not implanted over the morula stage on day 4.

In a typical IVF process the woman's eggs are retrieved from the woman's body and then fertilized in the clinical lab. If everything goes well that means the fertilization is complete, then the embryo is transferred into the woman's uterus and that process is called IVF Embryo Transfer. This is a very critical part of the whole IVF process and has to be done very carefully and the embryo has to be placed on the right place for right pregnancy.kullanmarellam viswasikkan kollathvan mar

Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) is considered a non-invasive or minimally invasive type of procedure. Frozen embryos can be thawed and then implanted into your uterus. If you have ovarian or ovulation problems, then FET might be a good option for you when you are considering your infertility treatment options. If you have uterine based problems with carrying out a pregnancy or other disorders, then FET may not be for you. Consult your infertility specialist about what infertility treatments might help you conceive.

Test Tube Baby Procedure India

Anything which occurs outside the body is called in vitro and when fertilization
egg with sperm occurs outside the body it is called "in vitro fertilization". The firstIn Vitro fertilization was done in the test tube and that is why it is popularly known as Test tube Baby.

Testtube baby processor InfertilityIVF orIVF-InVitro Fertilization is the one which is conceived outside the woman's womb. The sperm of man and the egg taken from the woman's ovaries are fertilised within a test tube in the laboratory. Once successful fertilisation is completed, the embryo is then transplanted into the woman's uterus to complete the pregnancy. The embryo won't survive within the test tube and needs to be transplanted to the woman's uterus for its normal growth.Normally this procedure is a part of the IVF (in vitro fertilisation) technique and is done in patients who have problems conceiving normally.

The process of fertilization which normally in fallopian tube of the woman and

fertilized egg than moves into the uterus of the woman. It an implants there in to

the uterus and developed into the baby. When for some reason this process of

fertilization cannot take place naturally or sperm and egg cannot be transported

naturally to the tube or from the tube to the uterus or either is egg having some

problem or the sperm.

For whom test tube baby procedure is done?
If the female partner has both the fallopian tubes blocked or the female is suffering from severe endometriosis or the husband is very small number of motile and normal sperms or any other reason by which the fertilization which occurs in outer part of the fallopian tube does not take place.

IVF - Solution to Infertility

There are lots of women these days that are really having a hard time to enjoy their motherhood because of some health problems. But because of the technology, they are now able to experience the feeling of being a mother and being pregnant.

In-vitrofertilization- It is one of the most commonly used assisted reproductive treatments that involves the fertilization of an ovum in a laboratory dish, after which the embryos are transferred into the uterus of a woman.
There are five steps in the embryo transfer process:
1. The development of ripening eggs in the ovaries is observed
2. The eggs are collected
3. The sperms are collected
4. Eggs and sperm are kept together in the lab where they are given suitable conditions to fertilize, resulting in the initial growth of an embryo
5. The embryos are transferred into the uterus
The time of ripening of the eggs is controlled. To make better the chances of quality egg collection, fertility drugs are prescribed. Before the egg retrieval is done, an ultrasound of the ovaries is done to check egg development. A urine/ blood test is also done to measure the levels of hormone.
The Process of Egg Retrieval
The process takes place trans-vaginally where a hollow needle is guided by an ultrasound image. Eggs are removed from ovaries with the use of this needle, which is called follicular aspiration. One needs to take care of the perfect timing for this.
After retrieval, the eggs along with sperms are kept in the incubator for the fertilization process, which is checked upon at regular intervals for fertilization, cell division and formation of an embryo. The transfer usually happens within 2 - 3 days after egg retrieval, which is done by inserting a speculum into the vagina for exposing cervix (the neck of the womb). This is followed by a resting period, ultrasounds and blood tests to check possible pregnancy.

Thecost of ivf treatment in India is less than other western countries. Dr. Nirmala Sadasivam One of the leading and well experienced gynecologist at GFRC, Erode . Treatments are done under the control of Dr. Nirmala Sadasivam.

Getting Pregnant: Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) A Viable Option

Couples who find getting pregnant difficult have various options as far as increasing their chances of having a baby is concerned. Some of the medical interventions that women opt for are risky, while others are not as risky but usually prove to be not as effective. IUI is one of the methods through which one can increase the chances of getting pregnant. Many women have opted to have the procedure with most registering positive results.

IUI is separation of good quality sperms from the semen and deposition of these sperms into the uterine cavity. The procedure selects sperms with better quality, avoids the harmful effects of acidic medium to the sperms and fascilitates the movement of sperms to the fallopiantubes where they can meet the oocyte.

IUI fertility treatment works by using a catheter to help insert cleaned sperm cell into the uterus. This technique improves the possibilities of sperm cell getting to the fallopian tubes, which will improve the possibility of fertilization.

How does IUI works?

           For women:

Step 1: If you use fertility drugs to stimulate ovulation, vaginal ultrasound scans are used to track the development of your eggs. As soon as an egg is mature, you are given a hormone injection to stimulate its release.
Step 2: The sperm are inserted 36 to 40 hours later. To do this, the doctor first insert a speculum into your vagina.

    For men:

Step 1.You will be asked to produce a sperm sample on the day the treatment takes place.

Step 2.The sperm are washed to remove the fluid surrounding them and the rapidly moving sperm separated out.
Step 3.The rapidly moving sperm are placed in a small catheter (tube) to be inserted into the womb.

Advantages :

The advantage of using IUI to get pregnant is that it is a less invasive procedure, especially when compared to other assisted reproduction technologies such as GIFT, ZIFT and IVF. This means that performing the procedure is likely to pose fewer risks to the woman who wants to get pregnant. It also means that there will almost be no need for long recovery periods within which pregnant women take to heal. This method is far cheaper than some other ART systems.

Cost ofIUI treatment in India is less than other countries. Genesis fertility research center, Erode is one of the best fertility clinic in India. We offers many fertility treatments at affordable rate. Treatments are done under the guidance of Dr.Nirmala Sadasivam.

Affordable IVF Treatment India

In Vitro Fertilization is commonly referred to as IVF. IVF is the process of fertilization by manually combining an egg and sperm in a laboratory dish. When the IVF procedure is successful, the process is combined with a procedure known as embryo transfer, which involves physically placing the embryo in the uterus.

IVF is a form of assisted reproductive technology (ART). This means special medical techniques are used to help a woman become pregnant.

IVF Treatment Procedure India:
There are five basic steps in the IVF and embryo transfer process which include the following:

step 1: You will probably need to take fertility drugs to stimulate your ovaries to develop mature eggs ready for fertilisation. During your normal menstrual cycle you release one egg per month.

Step 2: Eggs are retrieved through a minor surgical procedure that uses ultrasound imaging to guide a hollow needle through the pelvic cavity. Sedation and local anesthesia are provided to reduce and remove potential discomfort. The eggs are removed from the ovaries using a hollow needle, a procedure called follicular aspiration.

Step 3: Sperm, usually obtained by ejaculation is prepared for combining with the eggs.

Step 4: Embryo culture

Step 5: The embryos are usually transferred into the woman's uterus from one to six days later, but in most cases the transfer occurs between two to three days following egg retrieval. At this stage, the fertilized egg has developed into a two-to-four cell embryo.

How long will IVF treatment last?

One cycle of IVF takes between four weeks and six weeks to complete. You and your partner can expect to spend about half a day at your clinic for the egg retrieval and fertilisation procedures. You'll go back between two days and three days later for the embryos to be transferred to your uterus, or between five days and six days with blastocyst transfer.

What are the advantages of IVF?
For most children conceived by IVF there are no long-term problems.

IVF can offer you a chance of having a baby if you are unable to conceive naturally, for example if you have blocked, damaged or missing fallopian tubes.

IVF  treatment cost in India is less compared with other western countries.

Maaruthi Fertility Centre, Erode, India offers advanced IVF fertility treatment at affordable rate.
